Additional Features

Point Click Care System

Point Click Care is an Electronic Data System which allows our staff to review live data for each and every resident within the facility. Electronic Medication Administration Records allows our nurses to be more efficient and to be more resident focused while reducing documentation times and medication errors. It is also a great communication tool used to communicate with Physician, Nursing Assistants, MDS Coordinators and staff looking to provide individualized care to our residents.

Dedicated Medical Director

Here at Regency we pride ourselves in being able to work closely with Physicians Eldercare, a highly reputable Physician Service Provider. Dr. Arneaz along with his Nurse Practitioner makes rounds multiple times per week and are available on-call 7 days a week 24hrs a day for emergency care services. Regency is excited about the launching of a Practitioner Engagement Application that will allow the Physician instant access into the live chart in order to make the best decision possible even while the physician is on-call.

On-staff Social Worker

Our on staff Social Worker works diligently on assisting our Short Term Residents with transitioning back into the community by arranging Home Health Services and meeting the resident’s needs by ordering necessary medical equipment prior to discharge. She also arranges a 3 day Care Plan that allows the resident, family, care givers and staff the opportunity to come together to discuss the appropriate plan of individualized care for each resident. To ensure that we are all striving toward the same goals to provide the best care possible. The Social Workers is a dedicated team member here at Regency who in turn makes sure the Long Term residents have a voice too and address any cares or concern those residents or their families may have.

Activities Department

Our Activities Department is unique and thinks outside the box always looking to prove a good quality of life for our residents. Each month Our Lunch Bunch Residents enjoy going to lunch outside the facility to a restaurant of their choice. Every Tuesday morning they enjoy a special all you can eat breakfast freshly prepared by our Activity Director. Other activities include taste testing, Bingo, Trivia, Manicures, Resident Council as well as a vast array of other activities. We are extremely excited about our newest adventure “A day on the Lake”. This activity will allow residents the opportunity to enjoy a nice relaxing lunch and boat ride on the lake accompanied by the nurses and other staff. Hopefully they will reminisce about their younger years while enjoying the cool crisp breeze. Please be sure to check out our Facebook Page…We upload weekly pictures of activities and events!!!

Facility Focus Groups

Regency is always looking for the best practices possible so we strive on team work and creating committees with our front line staff. Our committees consist of CNA Committee, Nurse Committee, Neighborhood Committee, Fun Club Committee, House Committee, etc… These committees meet often to discuss facility concerns and/or Community Events. It allows everyone to be involved in the decision making within the facility. We also participate in Community Walks and Events represent Regency Care. Other Administrative Committees such as PAR and FALLS allows us to meet weekly and call families with updates on their loved ones.

A Caring Administrative Staff

Administrative staff makes it a priority to be accessible and available at all times for families and care givers. We understand that entering into a skilled nursing facility is a tough decision and want to make the transition as easy a possible for the residents, families and loved ones. Upon admission each resident and/or family is given a small pocket card with contact information so should they have any cares or concerns at any time they are aware of the department heads extension list or direct cell phone numbers. We take your cares and concerns seriously and want each and every person to feel as they are being heard and their cares or concerns are being handled in a timely manner. We at regency care look forward to you giving us the possibility of caring for your loved one. We are One Team One Family constantly looking for new and innovative ways to provide a loving and personal home like environment for you loved one.
