Directions

From Forsyth Medical Center:

  • Start out going west on S Hawthorne Rd toward Maplewood Ave
  • Turn right onto Silas Creek Pky / NC-67 W
  • Merge onto I-40-BR W / US-421 N toward I-40
  • Merge onto I-40 W via EXIT 1 on the left toward Statesville
  • Take the Harper Rd exit, EXIT 182, toward Tanglewood
  • Turn left onto Harper Rd
  • Turn left onto US-158 / Clemmons Rd
  • 3905 Clemmons Rd. is on the right

From North Carolina Baptist Hospital:

  • Head north on Medical Center Blvd toward Cloverdale Ave NW
  • Take the 1st right onto Cloverdale Ave NW
  • Turn left to merge onto US-158 W/US-421 N toward I-40 BUS W
  • Take exit 3B for US-158 W/Stratford Road S
  • Merge onto US-158 W/S Stratford Rd
  • Continue to follow US-158 W
  • 3905 Clemmons Rd is on the left
